Terms of Service
Article 1 Purpose
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to regulate the terms and procedures for using all services provided by the online shopping mall operated by Golf KR.
Article 2 Services
Golf KR provides the following services:
- Sports equipment sales
- International shipping service
- Order management
- Customer support
- PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code) registration support
Article 3 Orders
Order information will be sent via email upon order completion.
After product preparation, changes or cancellations for some orders may be restricted.
Article 4 International Shipping
All products are shipped from overseas.
Additional documents may be required depending on the customs policies of each country.
For deliveries to South Korea, a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) is required.
Article 5 Limitation of Liability
Golf KR is not responsible for the following:
- Customs delays
- Acts of God
- Delivery delays by the shipping company
- Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
- Customs clearance delays due to the customer not providing a PCCC
Article 6 Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted according to US law.
