Exchange and Refund Policy
Golf KR operates the following policy for customer satisfaction.
Eligible for exchange and return
Within 7 days of receiving the product
Unused product
If the product and packaging are not damaged
Not eligible for exchange and return
Used product
Product damaged due to customer's fault
Custom-made product
Products that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons
Refund
After product inspection is complete, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
It may take 3 to 10 business days for the refund to be completed, depending on the card company.
International shipping costs
In case of simple change of mind, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee.
In case of product defect or incorrect delivery, Golf KR will bear the cost.
